In 2020/21 alone, we directly supported 2.45 million people, while an additional 40 million people visited our website for advice. We’re the organisation people turn to when they need help, offering support and advice in more areas than any other charity. Our clients trust us to find solutions to their problems.

By working in partnership with Citizens Advice your company can help to improve the availability of our services to communities across England and Wales. You can play a role in ensuring people have someone to turn to, giving them the support they need, when they need it most.

What we can offer you

There are many ways your company can work with us, including funding a specific aspect of our work, employee engagement opportunities such as volunteering and fundraising, events, sponsorship, and gifts in kind.

Citizens Advice offers a support package that includes:

  • A dedicated account manager who will work with you to develop the best possible partnership

  • Acknowledgment of your support and our work together as well as possible branding opportunities

  • Opportunities to work with our 270-strong network of local Citizens Advice across England and Wales. We know having a positive impact on local communities is important so wherever you’re based it’s likely we’ll have an office close by 

  • Access to Citizens Advice as a critical friend - we’ll help you ensure your products and services are accessible and will work for people at risk of disadvantage, detriment or harm 

  • Bespoke training around the identification and support of vulnerable customers 

  • Impact reporting providing tangible measures and outputs of what your investment of time and/or resources has achieved
