Get advice in Northern Ireland

This advice applies to Wales

The advice on this website doesn’t cover Northern Ireland, but you can get help from a trained adviser online, over the phone or face to face.

If you need help with debt

You can chat with us online about a debt problem - we can usually help from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

You can also get in touch with us:

  • by email at debt.advice@citizensadvice.co.uk

  • by phone on 0800 028 1881 - free from mobiles and landlines

  • face to face at a local advice agency

If you’re planning your pension

You can get help from a Pension Wise guider if you’re aged 50 or over and have a personal or workplace pension.

You can find out more about your options and book an appointment on the Pension Wise website.

Get help from a local advice agency

These agencies are independent from Citizens Advice, but they can still give you advice.
